Direct TV DirecTV, Inc A shell game with other peoples money... mine Greenwood, Colorado

I ordered Direct TV 1/24/09, the $34.99 a month package. I'm on a fixed income so I have to be very careful how I spend my money. I did not authorize auto billing.... was auto billed anyway.... did not order any expensive add ons like movie channels or HD TV.... I have an HDTV so no need to add more.... they shorted me my rent money 2 months in a row, even after I called them to stop auto bill.... that was a nightmare.

When I spoke with Customer Service on Friday September 4, 2009 I was told $111.48 had been returned to my bank account on August 31, 2009. At this time, 7 p.m., Thursday September 10, 2009, no such amount has been credited back to my bank account. These are the charges as I see them on my bank statements from Direct TV;

January 29, 2009 $65.20, March 2, 2009 $65.20, March 30, 2009 $65.48, April 29, 2009 $111.48, May 29, 2009 $111.48, September 4, 2009 $100.00. Correct me if my math is wrong ( I don't believe it is) but this adds up to $518.84.

Direct TV was/is supposed to be $34.99 a month (no frills, no movie channels, no PPV, no HD, no anything), starting in February of 2009.

February 2009 $34.99, March 2009 $34.99, April 2009 $34.99, May 2009 $34.99, June 2009 $34.99, July 2009 $34.99, August 2009 $34.99, September 2009 $34.99, Total to date $279.92.

$518.84 minus $279.92 = $238.92

October 2009 $34.99, November 2009 $34.99, December 2009 $34.99, January 2010 $34.99, Total $139.96

So, my question is.... HOW do I owe DTV money? Even if DTV had credited back my DTV account, there is a discrepancy of $98.96 that has been overpaid to Direct TV. As near as I can tell I have paid for a year plus! And they turned off my satellite AGAIN! I got a bill in the mail today for $256 and it claims that on 8/31/09 there was a $111.48 Credit Card Payment Reversal.... Yeah? To whose credit card? Not Mine!
