Direct TV Cancelation of Service Greenwood Village Colorado

I am a Direct TV customer and had to cancel my Direct TV service because I can no longer receive service due to no satellite signal in my area. The trees in my neighbors yards are now interferring with my service and I can no longer obtain the service. I contacted customer service to report this matter. I asked that my service be canceled and forward my final bill. She indicated that I would have to pay a cancelation fee and the amount would automatically be debited from my credit card on file. I asked why, because this not my fault and I don't have the money to pay at this time. I can no longer receive service do to an issue that is beyond my control. The representative indicated that she couldn't waive the cancelation fee and I would have to dispute this matter. With all the money Direct TV gains from customs. I would like to know why the fee couldn't be waived for something beyond my control. I am a good customer and enjoyed the service when I had it. I am disturbed and upset because they don't care about the customer. How can I obtain justice in this matter?
