DISH NETWORK TELEVISION THEY LIE AND THE COMMERCIAL IS DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING, Internet

I called Dish because they were advertising TV and Internet combined as a package. I wanted to get rid of ATT because their internet was high. Dish quoted me a price of $14.95 for the internet as advertised. I specificall asked when will the interent be installed and  who is the carrier. i was told by another provider that they could not provide me with internet because they contract through ATT and i am a current customer of ATT.

The Representative told me not to worry, they will have the internet installed after the TV was connected. He also said that If I was not happy with the service, I could cancell. I called after the TV was connected and that was when I was told that they cannot connect the internet because I am a current ATT customer and I would have to cancell the service with ATT and wait for 90dys.

I asked that the service be cancelled the same day of installation and they told me that the contract starts that same day.

They want money upfront and will take payment from your account unautorized. BEWARE!!
