Done Right Automotive SCAMMED me out of $800! Sevierville Tennessee

My car had broken down due do to a very, very loud groaning noise. Long story short I had to have Done Right tow it because they were the only place open, not my preferred business. I informed Rick that I had recently had my oil changed, battery changed, and my freon charged. During that first day I had gotten many calls from Rick while I was at work. He had informed me that it was the transmission. At this point I should have known he was lying. He told me he would have to flush the system and that my car would be ready by the end of the day. I was later told that it wouldn't be done till the day after.
In total it ended up costing me $790. He said that the system had to be flushed and cleaned. He also changed out a belt, but never mentioned this to me, a $100 charge. The first thing I noticed when I got the car back is that my A/C no longer worked, blowing only hot air. My step-dad, being a mechanic, was very interested in this. A few days later he took a look at my car and the A/C compressor had been simply unplugged, and tied to a hose.
They told me that my air compressor was bad and would have to be replaced. When looking under the hood again, they had plugged it back in, however something was odd. There was electrical tape on the wire, looking back to the pictures I took there was no tape there. I removed it and they had CUT THE LINE!
With the help of a buddy of mine we saudered the wire back together, and plugged it back in. The freon was overcharged. After releasing a good amount of freon we started the car and the A/C worked fine, and the noise came back. It was from the air compressor, not the transmission!
I was informed that the noise is the air compressor releasing freon to prevent it from breaking, and the worst that would happen is that the noise will get louder and the air compressor would go out, a $200 part, not $790.
