Rick the owner of Done right automotive replaced a locked up Saturn engine for 1642.00.. picked car up from shop drove to get gas noticed water pouring out of radiator, took back to Rick.. was told he didn't even touch radiator would replace it for 200.00 more dollars, car would not idle right took back same weekend after I replaced the radiator. picked up sunday still running the same. crappy

drove to work Monday and tuesday belt pully broke leaving me stranded again, Rick drove all the way to Newport to look at it.. I thought he was towing it back to shop called him thursday many times would not return my calls, finally he made his mechanic call me to say he would replace the belt pully for 200.00.. had to have car towed to local mechanic and it was fixed for 130.00..he once again stated he didn,t mess with the pully oh but wait he replaced the belt for me less than 1 month ago??

the number 4 plug was getting oil into the plug well, so I had to put another three hundred into to replace the valve cover gasket and oh ya the starter went out to...hum

so know my saturn is sitting at the Newport post office with oil coming out of the exhaust manafold and missing like crazy,,,all that money wasted I mean stolen by Rick I have only got to use it 2 full days on the mail route. I,m still trying to find a lawyer who will stand up for the little man...
