Done right automotive Rick-owner Scammed me, no alignment and over charged Sevierville Tennessee

 On July 30th, 2017 I called done right and spoke to the manager rick about getting an alignment and 2 size 195-70-14 tires put on my cavalier. He told me $40 for alignment and $35 for each tire. I was completely ok with these prices so I took my car up to him. I had just sold a vehicle in order to pay to fix my car and pay my rent (I am currently not working and I have a 7 month old daughter which I had told the owner). About an hour after I dropped the car off he called me and told my boyfriend who answered the phone, that I told him the wrong size and that he didn't have any used in that size but he had ones for $70. We looked around and finally found some for $20 cheaper so we brought them to him. Once he was done he started going over prices, $40 for alignment, $20 for each tire TO PUT THEM ON, and an additional $20 for labor for doing the alignment. It was only supposed to cost me $110 and ended up being $230 total. When we got onto the car to drive away my steering wheel is still completely off exactly where it was when I gave him my car and it felt like the tires weren't balanced (it felt like when you go over the yellow line and you hit the indents in the road, and you get that ripple effect on your tires...). I live 10 minutes down the road so we went h, thinking maybe it's only making this noise because the tires are new? I call him as soon as I get into my driveway. He tells me doing an alignment won't make my steering wheel straight. And that there noise is because my tie rods are bad. I had a mechanic come out yesterday, 7-31-17 to look at my car and no alignment was done and I was told my wheels weren't balanced correctly. This place is a scam. I feel totally taken advantage of. He made it seem like he was helping me out but all he did was waaay over charge me to put two tires on.
