I placed an order with dvd donkey online on 11th december, 2007 for 8 Simple Rules complete TV series on dvd. The payment came out of my credit card on 14th december. When no tracking ir receipt advice came I sent email and the reply said sorry but my ordered had not been filled but was on backorder. Ive tried emailing and phoning subsequently many times but to no avail. I have asked for refund but no reply. I've reported this to my bank who are looking into the matter on my behalf.
