Amazon and ebay sellers are using stolen images of High Quality bubble tents that retail for $9000, (Bait and Switch) used to deceive the buyer into believing they can purchase this product for as little as $600.00.
Many of these listings show 4 or 5 photos of a High End bubble tent and then maybe 1 photo of the actual one, which is nothing like the one's portrayed in the photo that leads in.
There are literally hundreds of the listings on both Amazon and e-bay from chinese companies who claim they are the manufacturer. They are all using the same stolen images from a company in France called Bubble Tree. Bubble Tree has never authorized any company to produce thier products.
We have provided proof of the false listings to ebay & Amazon. Both companies have failed to take action against the sellers and continue to permit the sellers to commit this fraud on the American Consumer.
Ebay and Amazon claims to have a copyright program which helps intellectual property rights owners.
This is not just a copyright issue, but completely false advertising.

In what Universe would you expect a site to be legitimate if they are selling something that cost $9,000 for $600?
