eDiets eDiets is a scam! Fort Lauderdale, Florida

eDiets is a scam, beware if you are looking for any type of diet company stay away if you want to keep your money . I signed up for the promotional price of $85.00. 2 days later, yes 2 days later my visa was charged an additional $170.00. I IMMEDIALTY called that same day to cancel and was told they do not refund your money. I called my VISA credit card company and filed a complaint with them, 10 days later my VISA card company said it was resolved and that eDIETS will not refund. Well what do you know, Here I am out of pocket $255.00 and no product.  I did eventually get 1 week of food which I can tell you is not worth a tenth of what you will pay, you are basically paying for convienience , NOT good food. This company prays on people looking for a solution to their diet needs.  I am a military wife and here is MY husband deployed fighting for OUR freedom and behind our backs we have AMERICAN companies stealing right from our pockets, i'm disgusted!!!   This company has VERY DECEPTIVE BUSINESS practices and I will be filing a class action lawsuit, along with a complaint to the FTC  and BBB. This company needs to be stopped. I will complain until someone listens. Its time to stop these crooks. We already have enough crooks in government, we dont need anymore!!
