Ediets stole my money and gave me false hope that I would lose weight Internet

I have been monetarily and emotionally ripped off by ediets! They promised me a diet and exercise plan tailored specifically to me and what I got was a confusing, and expensive, meal plan that did NOT take in to account all of my health issues, so I couldn't even use most of it; and the suggestion that I get a membership somewhere that I can swim--more money--because they didn't have any exercise plans for my condition (I have fibromyalgia).

When I couldn't fgure out why they weren't helpng me, someone suggested I go to the messege boards and get a sponser. This proved useless, also! I joined the message boards, which took an hour by the way, and then tried to post. It wouldn't let me! I tried several times over the next few days with no luck.

Finally I gave up and called the 800 number to cancel. I was on hold for about 20 mn, but fnally got a person ad was told my account would be cancelled. Two months later I'm looking at my debit card statement and see a charge from ediets! I called again and was told they had no record of my prevous call. Of course, I had no proof, but I was MAD. I talked to a supervisor and used the words "class action lawsuit". She assured me I would be refunded the two months I shouldn't have been charged, and my subscripton would be cancelled. As we were hanging up she said, "Oh, and don't forget--you will be charged a $25.00 early cancellation fee." WHAT THE...????

I would love to see a lawsuit aganst these scam artists. I'm out money I don't remember pledging, and I never lost a pound.
