Ediets fine print rip-off Deerfield Beach Florida

I signed up online with ediets, remembering the helpful support groups there which helped me years ago. After signing up, I discovered that ANY extra ANYTHING costs additional money; support groups, training, etc. (which used to come with a membership.)

I called the company to get a refund, as they state you can do if you do it by midnight the day you sign up, or else they will charge you and extra $25. I was told that you can't get a refund unless you call by then AND do not choose a meal-plan.

Well, when you sign up it looks like you HAVE to choose a mealplan. I found that the company has degenerated to just making money, by being sneaky about policies, fine print, etc. They did nothing illegal, of course, but I am LIVID that they are ripping people off by essentially tricking them.. neglecting to be open and up-front about the policies and what they mean.
