I filed a discrimination charge against my employer. I know the EEOC doesn't deal with fraudulent claims. My claim had merit or it wouldnt be investigated. We started out at mediation and nothing was settled. The case was to go to investigations. My understanding was that it would be a thurrough investigation. I get a letter in the mail stating exactly this. " Upon review, the EEOC is preparing to dismiss your discrimination charges. The dismissal would be based on the following:" Now my question is, how do they come to that conclusion without even speaking to me at all? It's the small details in my case that makes my case, how do they know any of the small details which is so very important in my case that shows how and why the company discriminated against me? The letter i got from them is so discouraging, its like you lost before you even had a chance to speak and let know exactly whats happened in your case. I think it's just a big ripoff

What exactly did you include in your claim? What are the terms of your discrimination?
