Fleetmatics has fired Jason Profeta, Web Manager of Tempe Arizona office in an attempt to quiet EEOC and sexual harrassment claims. They ignored his behavior for years, allowing him to bully and harrass employees at will. Several more claims are being processed in Arizona, as well as those to come in Illinois. I was recently contacted by an attorney representing an employee in Phoenix asking if I would join in a class action suit against the company and John Goggin, EVP of Fleetmatics. Anyone else out there had the same experience?

This is getting sad to watch.  You are a pathetic individual.  I'd almost feel bad for you, if you didn't deserve every bit of this.  You're right, we are all accountable for our actions.  You're getting a lesson on that right now.  Don't throw your kids into this you pathetic dbag.  You showed nobody compassion, so don't expect to recieve any in return.  I can only imagine how quick your essay response full of denial and deflection will be.  You're obviously not very busy.

I wish you all success and that you have the confidence in yourself and the determination to follow your dreams like I have. 

You can follow my progress musically if you care to on facebook. I am "makin beats" for some pretty well known people now so I will have fun doing what I love and I urge you all to do the same. 

The worst part of this is that you want my kids to suffer because your own actions got you all fired. It was always laid out with a clear expectation and you all signed papers saying that if there was anything I WASN'T DOING to help you keep your job in your time of PIP to bring it to my boss' attention. 

FOr that, I will never apologize for parting company with any of you. I am genuinely sorry if I offended you in any way or caused you any harm in your life. I know I didn't and you know I didn't. You can paint any kind of picture of this that you want to; the short version is this - - -  is we are ALL accountable for our actions. FleetMatics as a whole is the most unprofessional place to work. PERIOD. You knew this and you knew what it was to work for me because in every interview I told you what it was like..... Now you all come forward like there were ever threats made or physical harm done. It's actually comical. If it doesn't stop, I do have cause for legal action especially that all these claims were dismissed and I agreed to be randomly drug tested along with any other employee at FleetMatics. I don't want to mess your lives up anymore than you claim I have already so I've chosen not to legally pursue this for now.  

You got your fat jokes in, cracks at my music and attempts to deter employers from hiring me...You guys are mostly in your late 30's - 50's...Seriously? Can we end game? I do forgive you for the lies and whats been done and said to and about me. We all have mouths to feed, why are you dedicating so much of your life to ending mine?

"Oh Yeah"?  Well thought out title lol.  You're really helping your cause here, and coming across extremely professional.  4 people?? lol!! You think this is the only place you're being ripped apart on the internet for being a classless loser and raging d****ebag? I can also only imagine the amount of people who decided never to waste a moment thinking about you ever again. False claims?  Yes, dozens of people who do not know each other, and live in seperate cities, got together to take you down in one giant conspiracy bc they have nothing better to do.  Brilliant.  Take responsibility for everything that has happened to you.  You deserved it.  Nobody else put you in this position, and nobody made you act like a classless d*ckhead.  You're getting everything you deserved and it's HILARIOUS to sit back and watch.  Don't get too worked up, your hair might thin out some more.  Take care! :)

4 people who have issues vs. 100's that are either employed or still in touch. My name is Jason Profeta. I am not afraid of you. Apparently, you are afraid of me, you lay in the cover of anonymity. What's your name? I'm sure I got a ton of dirt on you. People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. I did my job. I am Part of the reason that fleetmatics is what they are. Yet still, you continue to throw drugs around. Really?

While were on the topic, drug test any employee at random in Fleetmatics and lose half the workforce....Sales directors in chicago used to smuggle pot in their shoes on planes to company events....people smoked crack at company events....people went on coke binges and stole other employees cars....People got drunk and thought rrying to seduce Dan Foley would propel their career...

Its sales...you were fired becuase of performance. Maybe you didnt like me, but I gave the same effort to people as they gave to the company. Stop holding onto drugs..is that really all you can say...and what drugs did u see me do...? No one was just fired. They were put on PIP which is more consideration than Fleetmatics gave to me. So, you can keep posting to this loser thread....it is your right...you should be a man or woman though because anonoymous claims are not very credible.

You can email me or call me personally, my numbers havent changed but I guarantee you will post more false claims on hereand continue to slander me in the hopes of....? What...me not being able to feed my kids?. Karma is a woman scorned, it will come back to you all...I was not perfect and am still not... I'm a worker which is more than I can say for the lazy salespeople that filed these claims.....which were all dismissed.....uncredible lies.

It is quite funny to me that while trying to ruin someone's reputation by NAME, that the cowards wouldn't have the courage to use their NAMES. Well, lets name names becuase Sunshineforeveryone - Thats definitley LISA LANE, THE OTHER COWARDS WERE MICHAEL SCHMIDT, JEFF COLLETTI & JENNIFER ANDERER. The best part in all of this was everyone of these people were on a performance inprovement plan and didnt satisfy their requirements to keep their position. They knew they were losing their job. In my 7 years at FleetMatics I never lost a SOLID PERFORMER. SOLID PERFORMERS NEVER COMPLAINED. There's no shame in not being able to sell that product....find another gig and move on. Out of those people....some made claims of illegal substances. Again, the irony and comedy in this is that I know 3 out of 4 of those people were on pain killers 90% of the time of their employment. One of them offered me illegal substances in an eyeglass case which I didnt accept. That same person's brother is a "big time pot dealer" according to the person and smoked it themself. In addition - might I add - I know A LOT of the MANAGEMENT TEAM and employees of FleetMatics. If Drugs were ever in question, I would DEMAND that every employee be drug tested and WOULD LOVE TO SEE THE RESULTS.

Sexual Innuendo? A term "take it deep" which has been in circulation in FleetMatics since 2006 all of a sudden became uncomfortable sexual harrassment / innuendo... So FUNNY on this one!!! While at an outting with a nameless VP; said victim jumped up on stage in front of Male employees at a strip club with VP present and started stripping. That doesn't sound like a conservation woman - who has sex after hours with employees young enough to be her son on desks in the office. That guy is a victim. Not her.

These were the dirty little secrets I never knew about. I wasnt present at the strip club FYI. SO you can call me guido, you can call me an idiot - that really helps show the type of character you all are. I am from NY. How I came up was speak your mind....maybe I made mistakes as a manager but I helped everyone close the little bit of business they did close. I devoted hours to training and development and tailored my training to peoples learning disabilities and attention span. I fought for people to go to conferences when they didn't deserve it.

I was a victim  of "WHY HIM". Why does he get to be the boss? Well becuase I have had more life experiences at 32 than most of these people had by their mid 40's and sold more units personally and managed teams that sold more units than and booked more appointments than those consipirators and the entire PHOENIX OFFICE - WHICH I BUILT - ever could sell. I wrote the scripts and rebuttles that they still use and give all the credit to DOUG PLOUGHMAN. You attempted to ruin my life for what? A payday you thought you would get? FleetMatics didn't pay you anything. EEOC charges were not sexual harrassment but sexual innuendo and dismissed. AL VASILE interviewed my whole team and dismissed the charges.

I was eventually terminated from FleetMatics - 10/2012 - which is another story all together - but I really dont want you cowards having any satisfation in it by thinking you had anything to do with it.

I stayed employed for another year and a half and becuase of your attempt at ruining me,  I had the luxury of working out of home with no loss of income. I spent most of my day in my beautiful pool with my beautiful kids and still sold 100 units a month. AMAZING aren't I??????  I lost nothing from a result of you and I want to be absolutely clear that all you negativity had no bearing on FleetMatics and my parting of company. Understand that please... You guys will always be excuse makers. I will always be a leader. Your moral character will come back to bite you, Karma is a B****. Oh no I used foul language again. Lets go file an HR complaint becuase I can't say that. Well Karma is a female dog I own. You see how misunderstood I am.

You all laughed at my jokes in that office. YOU made gay references to each other (joking of course), YOU put notch marks in the "poon chart" being a female who is so offended by sexual language. That same person was pissed because I didn't drool all over her. It was actually quite the opposite. I wasnt interested at all. Get a few drinks in that one and fuggetaboutit! Right - I'm just a NY idiot. Next time you want to try to do this, which you will YOU have done it before, try not having so much dirt on yourself. Dont show male employees still employed there your breasts. I can name names and file a ripoff report of my own but I am slightly classier than that. I intend to copy and paste this on all the cowards comments to ensure they all get the message.

Fleetmatics is a sham of a company.  They mistreat women...endorse a vulgar, sexist, hostile work environment... apparently.  Do you honestly think people have the time and/or inclination to make this crap up?  No.  We speak out because we are sick of being crapped on.

Remember he sells drugs...????  Remember you came to the office with weed a few times when you wanted a break from pain killers. Hmmmm....I thought selling that was illegal. How come theres no rebuttal to you dancing with strippers and having sexual relations with half of Chicago and Arizona? Maybe your man in Chicago found out. What a shame that would be. Awwwww....

Fleetmatics doesnt treat its employees like this. It is a loose atmosphere at best. Arizona is a new office that hit the ground running with the same passion and focus as all the other offices in the country. You know his story and how he got to where he is FROM NOTHING. Educated or not Jason was successful. If 4 or 5 people out of 300 employees had a bad experience then I guess the culture isnt for you guys.

It sounds to me like these people with complaints are people that couldnt make the cut and when all else failed they figured this might be an easy payday. Funny how top sales reps never complain.

I worked there too. I heard the jokes you all laughed at and saw him close deals for YOU that you could have never done on your own. He never took a dollar out of your pockets and now you are going to take food off his family's table. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

We all knew what it was going to work every morning. Telling you that you need to hit a number or you wont have a job next month isnt threatening your job. You know what the expectations are from day 1 at Fleetmatics. Every single person complaining that he gets "high" was on pain killers most of their career in AZ and I know this first hand.
 
If you are trying to win a battle, try not slandering the guy you are "mad" at. It shows a level of professionalism of the authors of these mock complaints. Like I said, I knew everyday what was expected and I couldnt do it so I bowed out. We ALL LAUGHED...No one was offended and now you try and get him fired?

She even attended a strip club after FleetMatics bought our team dinner with FleetMatics Male employees in which she was dancing on stage with strippers and has the nerve to say there is sexual harrassment going on.. Profeta wasnt even there that night.

YOU know who I am. I have no problem testifying that FleetMatics (including) Jason Profeta are a great company to work for and if I ever had the chance I would work there again.

Jason didnt get fired either...FOR THE RECORD

I had the misfortune of working for this idiot new-yorker.  He routinely threatened peoples' jobs.  Jason Profeta had no education and it showed.  How he became a manager I have no idea.  It was like working for a child.  The office was chaotic.  Constant harrassment, insults, profanity, comments towards the women, the customers, you name it.  He was always out getting high.  He spent his entire days house hunting.  Once the office was up and running, he began firing employees without cause in order to hire his drug connections, buddies, even put his mortgage broker on the payroll when his bad credit was preventing him from getting a loan.  Meanwhile his mortgage broker was closing loan deals in the office on company time.  This guy was an equal opportunity discriminator.  Profeta was playing games with peoples' lives by hiring them and then firing them abruptly.  Some people relocated to take a position in this new Tempe office and most left other jobs for this one.  Some of the employees simply couldn't take it and left and others tried to tolerate this hostile, abusive environment and ended up unemployed.  However, Fleetmatics doesn't have the decency to even lay people off.  They always terminate them so they don't have to pay unemployment claims.  Now they are going to pay a lot more than unemployment when everyone that was damaged gets together.  I am willing to join this lawsuit.

YES, please respond and let me know how to get in touch with you. I was constantly mistreated, I have several stories of inappropriate comments that were made, and this company needs to learn that they cannot treat employees like that. DO NOT WORK FOR FLEETMATICS, if you do you will be very sorry.
