Fleetmatics Worst Customer Service EVER Nationwide

After the short 3 week period I have dealt with Fleetmatics I have come to the conclusion that they should be applauded for their diveristy hiring.  It seems to me they are willing to hire people who are in a vegetative state to work in their customer service department.  You can walk them step by step through a problem via email and still receive no resolution untin you take them time to call and ask to speak to your representative's supervisor and their supervisor.  I would rather deal with the DMV on a daily basis than use them for anything ever again.  Save yourself headaches and lots of money...Find another GPS service.
