You sound like a complete sell out.  Anyone that has character or integrity will run screaming from this bunch of sexist bullying thugs.

They dock you for hours you take off. The manager of that office sends a report to the payroll guy every morning pointing out who was late so they can deduct that from your check. Salaried employees would not be docked only hourly employees get docked. You are hourly.  Real sale representatives do not get docked.

FleetMatics is a growing company, strong product with poor management.

I work for fleetmatics and have loved every minute I've been here. The people making these comments are people that couldnt sell their picture to their own mother. You should be happy they kept you as long as they did. This company its growing rapidly and are probably getting rid of the dead weight. Yes, you were dead weight. Update your resume and go try to sink a different ship instead of trying to bash the company that gave you an opportunity.

ps..I get a salary and have had zero issues on getting paid. The management here from the top down are awesome.
