Miami EEOC Attacks Minorities - Miami EEOC District Office
Mr. EEOC director, you should not attack Cubans and South Americans. Our community are entrepreneurs and taxpayers that pay your 100K salary. Our businesses are equitable and we provide opportunities for many different peoples. We have peoples from Cristianos (Christians), Musulmanes (Moslems), Judios (Jews), Hindues, Buddhists, Rastafarians and other undecided people. Your enforcement staff, mediators and support staff are not as diverse as our workforce. You should practice what you preach before attacking other minorities.

How did they "discriminate" against you?? Your report fails to mention that little item.

You are absolutely right about the EEOC. They are also prejudice towards people having an origin in the Middle East, Far East, South East Asia, and the Indian Subcontinent. Chair Jenny Yang is only a poster child for one ethnic group among Asians. Her EEOC organization continues to show indifference towards the plight and suffering of religious minorities in the workplace. While mosques and temples are being burned in the U.S.A., the EEOC continues to turn a blind eye to the rise of anti-Moslem and anti-Sikh bigotry in the workplace. They allow torture and harassment of underrepresented minorities in the workplace because they are not well-staffed. They lack diverse people from different cultural backgrounds to identify and address the issues. The EEOC itself is the third ranking agency to be accused of discrimination on its employees. It should instruct its District Directors, Supervisors, Regional Attorneys, Mediators, and Enforcement staff to comply with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 that "prohibit employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex and national origin."
