To sign up for eFax advertised "free" account that offers 10 faxes per month-

Can't achieve registeration on-line. You get deflected into registering for their "free trial" paid account. No page on eFax site will allow you to sign up.

A telephone call to eFax Sales will be transferred to Customer Service which then transferrs you back to Sales. Classic "run-around."

Escalation to supervisory level finally reveals that eFax doesn't actually offer the "free" account they are advertising.
