ESURANCE Refusal to pay full value of vehicle ATLANTA Sioux Falls South Dakota
*Consumer Comment: Agreed
*Consumer Comment: Full Face Value? Come on!
My parked car was hit my unknown driver, Esurance decided to total the car but refused to pay the full value of the car. Frank Tooth an employee of Esurance told me the full value of the car is refused to be paid because my car had a prior Salvage title, but Esurance have been charging me regular rates for more than two and half years. Esurance is a rip-off company; they only bring up technicality when it times them to live up their responsibility. Stay away from Esurance.

I agree with the poster above. The vehicle isn't worth full value if it has a salvage title. They only owe the value of another salvage title vehicle.

This person is obviously delirious about the "full value" of the vehicle. If you have a vehicle that has a re-constructed title, it will never have full value. Be happy that they paid on your junky car. The previous owner is likely to have had a full pay out when it was totaled the first time. You don't have this right. You gave that up when you bought a car with a re-constructed title. Next time buy a new car or one without previous damage.
