Cancelled policy and requested refund. Refund was 10% short due to cancellation policy. Cancellation policy wasn't explained during the call to cancel. Contacted esurance for refund for the balance of $100. Stated they would not refund full amount, but would split the difference. I accepted the $50 and promptly filed a complaint with BBB. esurance and Nationwide are a ripoff.
