Esurance is a fraud and needs a class action suit brought up against them for demanding information that is not insurance related. They demanded information on my mother in law and when i didnt give it to them they raised my insurance from $130 to $228 a month but they took $458 without premission. I didnt not authorize or ok the increase they did not call me before taking the money. I will not give information to an insurance company on a person who i am not insuring.
