Extended Warranty - Click4warranty FRAUD, SCAM entire RIPOFF Rocky River Ohio Internet

Don't walk RUN from this "Extended Warranty Corp". The sales pitch and staff sweep you off your feet with all promises. I bought a full warranty with no deductible 2 years ago. I only tried to utilize it recently for blown transmission. The claims staff's only job is to deny claim.

They first said I wasn't a member. I had to prove. They second said a transmission wasn't covered. They realized that wasn't going to fly. They then said the place that my vehicle broke at couldn't fix(GM dealership).

Now they worked on proper maintenance. I forwarded extra records than required on this vehicle I performed 3 transmission maintenances (only needing one). Now a week has gone by and my vehicle is still in lock down because they have to grant work or contract void. There next tact was the service company wasn't reputable company (IRONY) which is SUNOCO.

Next they think I somehow in the 2 hours they requested and I faxed my service records that I stole blank records found 3 different people to forge them and fax to there company. That didn't fly then they accused me of having more than one 2002 Chevy Tahoe being serviced. The final insult is denial because the VIN numbers are not on service receipts.

It's important to know ALL these reasons for there denial are not stipulated in ther four page contract. Here's claims final words (I didn't include the cursing from there personnel) "Listen we're not going to fix your vehicle. If this doesn't work something will! If you want to take us to court go ahead and waste more of your money but stop calling!"
