Has anyone heard anything about the readdress from this lying company? I'm sure the money is sitting somewhere in Switzerland making them more money.

What is up with the ftc and the lawyers who handled this case. Haven't heard nor seen a thing since the may hearing which sounds like it was over back in nov. But why should we be told the truth. It's not in their handbook of how to treat customers. We aren't customers only dollar signs.

Also from New Lenox Illinois USA ..Fairbanks finally sold our house from under us no matter how much we paid them even using return receipts for our payment.

AUTHOR: Eileen - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, May 01, 2005

We built our home (Owner Completion NL Lumber)
back in 1971 and lived there until 2002 when Fairbanks finally sold our house from under us no matter how much we paid them even using return receipts for our payment.
I know there are many others in Will county that have had the same happen to them. I met some of them in court. It is so sad they are still doing this and using Habatate for Humanity as a front to look good.

Today I tried to talk to my son-in-law who is a IBEW union member and they don't even care if our house or others are taken to fund the building of houses for other people.

They are singing the praises of the workers donating their labor for a good cause paid for by taking from their own family's.

He showed me the pictures and articules in their IBEW news paper for the Will Co. Area.

It's no wonder they can keep taking from us people who have worked so hard to have a home.

With the unions such as the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and other unions supporting them they will only continue doing what they think is good works.
I told him if it were any thing else Illegal they would be considered Asscesaries to the crime.

Maybe some time some where these do gooders will realise their unions just might be getting kick backs while patting the workers on the back trying to make them feel like their real good guys inorder for them to look the other way and not see the wrong they are really doing.
Robin I wish I could get to gether and talk with you but I wouldn't know how to get in touch I will tell our old address they might not even alow it but I must try.

205 S. Anderson Rd. New Lenox Il.
Now everyone know's why we moved.
It could happen to them or it has already happened.

Take Care and God Bless
