UnfairBanks Capital ripoff abused & mistreated outlandish ripoff late fees slow prossessing tricked and lied to us outlandish ripoff late fees Salt Lake City Utah .....

Here we go again.... I have been interested to see if anyone has made any headway with this company who can't handle their books better then a six year old. Myself am going into a chapter 13 again because of this horrible company. They started all the troubles in my life..... I have lost 2 vehicles and my families camper to pay off these people. I must have 30,000 in their suspended account. although they sent me a statement(first one in 3 years) telling me to pay 13,000 and saying that we paid 2,300 in june which i didn't do ...

They sent us a forbarance agreement which was already expired when i opened the fed ex package that they had overnighted to me....hummm wonder what charge i will get for that. I asked for a every penny recieved from us account statement.... LOL ... I really think they think we are all stupid.My statement has so many holes in it you could drive a semi through it.

I have 4 children who have enjoyed playing in their yard with 2 dogs and freinds for years.... now I have to hold back tears everytime I see them outside thinking this will be the last time they will enjoy it.... how sad is that? do they care.... no but they can think about how much equity we have and some other sucker who will buy it at auction that might end up with them as a LOAN SERVICING COMPANY....
