The sales person came over and showed me what I would be saving, he called his "superior" several times and got me set up after his presentation. After taking my info I started getting calls that they didn't get everything that they needed and had to take alot of time to send more info over and over.

Then when I was set and they sent me the credit card machine it didn't work. It was suppose to be a wireless machine that I could take to my customers homes. I called the number that I had been dealing with and was then illuminated to the fact that I was now somehow dealing with three different companies and you guessed it nobody would be responsible for the machine not working. I was very adamant that I did not want anything subbed out and wanted to deal with only one company as I was before getting involved with these poeple.

Finally I got one of the three companies to send me a new power cord even after I told them that it wasn't a charging problem it just didn't work from the get go. The power cord did not solve the problem and I had to have a new machine sent to me ASAP because I needed it every day on the job. Then I saw that they automaticly charged my account and took the money out of my bank account because they had my account numbers for the credit card account. After calling the three companies and figuring out who took the money they denied that they were responsible for the equipment not working in the first place. This is a leased peice of equipment, that is why we lease so that we don't have to rersponsible for it.

So I went to my bank and tried to stop them that way, but because I gave them my permision to take money from the account for the credit card lease I could not stop it. I called the company that took the money and told them the situation and that I would call the better buisness bureau, sue them, what ever it took to get this settled and the response I got was "Do what you gotta do"

To sum this up:

I am paying more then I was verbally told to three different companies that are involved. I am in a four year lease for the equipment alone at $69.13 a month that doesn't even cover the internet service, that is paid to one of the other companies, that I needed to run the equipment. So I am paying $3,318.24 for a piece of equipment that I had to pay for up front because when it didn't work when I got it they charged me for it the new one they sent me. I was told that they supplied the rolled paper for free and it would be automatically sent. I had never recieved the paper so I have now called to get the paper and yes they told me that I would be charged for it.

Now I look on Rip off and find out that it is impossible to leave these poeple when my lease is up. They just keep taking the money out of your account according to the other complaints.
