First American Payment Systems Un-authorized charges Fort Worth Texas

I opened a merchant account with First American Payment Systems in 1998, that was sold to Woodforest National Bank in 1999, but First American kept charging our account $49  as semi annual fee (BANKCARD SEMIANNUAL ((((redacted))) CCD ID: (((redacted)))) and as you can see this is how it shows on our bank statement, so I thought it was charged by Woodforst.

When I noticed that our account was charged $194 by Woodforest in a month that we did not use the credit card terminal even once I was told that it included annual fee!, so calling my bank I found out that First American is the one charging our account since they sold it in 1999.

I closed the account ((((redacted)))) with Woodforest on May 2^nd 2014, but still First American charged our account $49 on June 17^th 2014

So all this time we had TWO accounts under the same account number!!!!!!!

All my calls to First American since April 2014 got the same answer, your account still open with First American and no refund of any of the charges (since 1999).
