I wish I had seen the 41 other postings before I purchased from Glencara. I purchased aSilver Claddagh Celtic Cross Necklace and Silver "Irish Amber" Shamrock Necklace on March 14th, the cross was a birthday gift for my husband who is from the UK so I am very familar with the Royal Mail, his birthday of March 25th came and went and I did not receive the Cross until the 2nd week of April with a note that the Shamrock necklace was to follow. I gave it until the end of April and started emailing and calling with no response. Luckily I paid through Paypal and opened a dispute on May 5th, I have been more than patient with them at this point. They have yet to respond to Paypal but below is the email they sent me and my response and their response. Please whatever you do dont even think about buying anything from Glencara.

I’m sorry to see that you felt the need to open up a dispute against us.

Please understand that we are an honest business and will sort out any problem for you. 

Apologies for the delay in responding, we are extremely backlogged at the moment.

Your order was shipped on March 16th. I'm sorry to hear you have not received the item yet. 

The item is now out of stock - I can resend it to you in three weeks on June 2nd when it comes back into stock?

I have a better chance of becoming the next Queen of Sweden than I do receiving the necklace, this was to be a Confirmation gift, but just like my husbands gift that date came and went so I purchased something local. Also if they are ligitamate way did they not respond to Paypal? Why did it take until I opened a dispute to get a response? If they informed me that it was on backorder I would have been ok with that, but no communication? And the second line is about how honest they are? If the company was honest they would not need to tell me that, they would just make it right!
