On 11/29 I ordered two rings from Glencara.com, which they claimed were in stock and ready to ship with a ten business day delivery. By mid December the product had not arrived but they had placed a charge on my credit card.
I called the 1 800 number and got a recording statign that they were busy and unable to answer the telephone. The next day I received an email stating that the items were held up in quality control.
On 12/25 they emailed the following: We are sending you this e-mail as you are in our list of customers who's order did not pass quality control so it will arrive next week. We will send Fedex Express 1-2 day delivery. You will receive another e-mail when the item is complete and ships.
As of 01/04/17 the product has not arrived and the company is not responding to emails.
I am wondering if this company even exists.........
