Glencara.com TRK Holdings Wedding Set ring exchange goes awry Ballybane County Galway

First ordered Wedding Band Set 4/10/14. Was notified it shipped on 4/1/14. I received it within a week later (wonderful, I thought).  

One ring didn't fit (not their fault). Shipped/Returned to them via their instructions on 5/7/14.  They recieved the ring on 5/9/14.  My wedding is set for out of state on 6/1 (there is still plenty of time with expedited shipping available).  Ring never shows up.

All calls go unanswered (see other reviews; same story).  Emails predominantly go unanswered for weeks and, weeks.  Finally, 6/24/14 I receive a request to pay $4.00 exchange fee which I did that same day.

I receive a shipped notification on 6/26.  On 6/30/14 I receive an email asking me to confirm the new ring size.  I respond with my confirmation that day.

No ring, no communication... It is now 8/10/14.  

No accountability.  No offers to 'right the wrong'.  No refund on the wedding band set and just charge me for the one ring, then.  Nothing.
