Glencara.com Do not buy from Glencara.com! Galway Ireland

“Beware guys! This is fraud! I have ordered and received quite early a white gold claddagh ring (paying it over 200 €) but the size doesn't fit. I ordered a 10 but I would rather need a 8,5. Furthermore, I asked for an Inscription on Ring, which I paid for but the ring shows no inscription. Besides, the ring was very low quality, I hope it is at least gold! I wrote to the address indicated for returns but I received the automatic reply hereunder saying that I need to send the ring back PAYING AT MY OWN EXPENSE! I do not find it acceptable to pay (over 15 euro from Italy) for something (the inscription) I paid for and did not receive. Reading (unfortunately too late) very bad reviews on Glencara, I decided to keep the ring without inscription and bring it to tighten it myself. Loads of people didn't even receive the goods they ordered, I was lucky enough at least to receive it. Awful Service, do not buy from Glencara.com!!!!!
