Company will not respond to emails, voice mails and is closed during its normal posted business hours.  Email response says that they will respond within "1 week" and has said this for weeks.  Called them anytime during 3am to 11am GMT will result in a voice mail that says they are currently closed and to leave a message.  I did actually receive my product, however it was the wrong size.  I did exactly as instructed and sent the package back via US Priority Mail with the payment method on January 7th.  I have exhausted all resources in attempting to contact this company.  After seeing some other recent reports on this site I have come to the conclusion I got ripped off.
