Harbor Freight Tools horrible customer service Camarillo California

I ordered a utility trailer and wooden stake kit (for the trailer)through their web site. Both came in a timely manner and I assembled the trailer. The wooden stake kit was missing the entire set of nuts, bolts, and washers. I called customer service and specifically went over each missing item along with the quantity. About 2 weeks later, a shipment was received with four items that I already had and none of the items I needed.

I called again and again went over each item that was missing. I received a shipment with about 2/3 of the items I needed with the remaining 1/3 missing. A third call finally produced the remaining items I needed to finish the assembly. It took two months to get the items needed to assemble the wooden stake kit.
