I bought a set of First Strike golf club's in April of this year, they where supposed to be new. One club had a chip on the head. When I contacted Heartland's customer service about exchanging the one club I was told that I would have to send the entire set back at my expense. I was told this by a supervisor named Antoino. I told him this was not fair, and I was not happy. He just seemed to have the attitude that it was my loss and their gain. I then told him I would just send the club's back for a full refund, he that would be fine but there was going to be a 30 percent restocking fee, again I was going to lose and they would win. I still have the club's, they have never been used, I just show them to my friend's and tell tehm the story, all of them say they would never order from Heartland and they are spreading the word, hope you guy's do the same.

I ordered from Heartland and they are the best! Fast shipping, good prices, and good customer service are three things I can say about them!
I cannot IMAGINE Heartland telling you this. I love them and they are the best! Everyone who has a bad experience may tend to exaggerate...is this the case...well only the author and "Antonio" LMAO will ever know!
