Purchased a RCA Digital Plus Vidio Switch Box that your suppose to be able to hook up Dish system, VCR, DVD and Game Unit to.
This Box cost $17.99 plus $2.99 Processing fee total $20.98 and takes 7 to 14 days for Postal Delivery.
This box is made in China and not able to connect to US Satelite or Cable service.
I called after receiving box and asked how I am suppose to connect with the connectors on directions? I was told by the Satelite Company this box is made for Foriegn connections not US.
Heartland America said tehy would send a return Label for return and refund it would tale another 7 to 14 days for lable to arrive. That will be more than a month before or if I do get my refund.
I will never order from Heartland America again nor would I recomend anyone else too.

Who is trying to rip off Who????

It looks like the OP thought he was buying a "Black Box" that would allow him to steal services from the companies he mentioned and is mad because he can't. He wasn't ripped off, he was attempting to be the "Rippee".
