Use great caution in ordering with these people.  I placed an order a year ago for a pressure washer.  I got it.  It works great.  A month after I received the washer I got a phone call from them asking me if I like the washer.  I said Yeah.  They then told me that they'll send me 2 $10 discount coupons for future purchases if I want them.  All I gotta do is give the word.  I figured it was just an incentive for return customer business. So I said yes.  I failed to ask if there were any fees and they didn't tell me about any fees.  They should have disclosed that fact that in 1 year, they were gonna charge my credit card $43.98 for "enrolling" in their membership program.  They never mentioned a "membership".  They never mentioned a yearly fee of $43.98.  It has been a year and I see charge on my credit card  statement.  Hmmmm.

So....   I contacted them direct and informed them of these facts.  They would only tell me about the program.  The moment I told them I was going to contact my credit card company and have the charges reversed, they said they'd cancel the "membership" and refund the fee.  That's fine with me.  I guess nothing comes without strings attached.  But this is just plain deceptive.

It's too bad they were deceptive with me.  I always read their e-mails and had nothing but good feelings about them.  Now their e-mails are automatically going into the trash folder.  I'll let you know if they make good on their word to refund.
