My realtor found this today. Why? Because she has been trying for over 3 weeks to get information on selling my home. She has had my home listed for over 8 months and is now ready to help me do a "short sale", which is constantly shoved at me since I started falling behind.

Why should we be forced into foreclosure after just 30 days late? Why can this company not work with everyone whom are trying to NOT lose their homes? All I hear on the news is how companies, financial, are going to bankruptcy. You would think to avoid being one of those companies Homecomings would be willing to assist us in keeping our homes.

My home is in Phoenix which is trying to rebound from a high realistate boom. Homes are not moving here. I have paid the agreed upon amount to HOmecomings, but they say I only get 3 months and then it will start foreclouser. Why can they not go by the proof of my listing in the MLS and realized I am doing the best I can?

If it was not for the swendler brokers whom sold me this loan I would not have ever gone with this company. The intrest rate was higher than originally quoted and being a single mom with limited income I took the loan, llike a fool. Never go on the internet looking for loans.
Is there a way to save my house while I sell it? Help.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Go on the offensive against the lender.

You need to have your loan documents reviewed for all possible lender liability claims. If you can raise affirmative legal claims then you can put your lender on the defensive. Please visit this site http://lenderliabilitylaw.com for information. Many consumer groups can help you. Also you need to file a complaint with the Attorney General, and the licensing agencies. Your documents should be reviewed and all aspects of your transaction scrutinized. Everything from the broker, to the appraiser, lender, and title and settlement services. Lenders back down quickly when confronted with real legal issues. Please don't short sale unless you have exhausted all other options. I'm in the middle of a federal lawsuit with my lender, so believe me I know what you're going through. Paula in Maryland
