HSBC Auto Finance Fraudulent, Dishonest, Unethical Business Practice, Never ending Nightmare! San Diego California

If only I knew earlier what a horrible nightmare having a car financed with HSBC Auto Finance would be I would have never let the auto dealership finance me with them!

I have read all of the other reports here with respect to HSBC Auto Finance. I am suprised that there is not more complaints filed here against them.

Like most of the other stated complaints about HSBC Auto Finance, I have also become a victim of their unethical business practices. I have endured the harrassing phone calls 7 days a week all hours of day and night. The majority of these calls come from India.

To top it off, they are extremely rude, hard to understand due to their heavy accents and you can never get a straight answer from any of them. They all tell you different answeres to your same questions. You can never call back to speak to the same person ever. You always wind up talking to different people in India and you have to explain things over and over again. Thus, making it impossible to know if they even know what they are talking about. It is extremely frustrating.

You can never reach their main office in San Diego, CA since they only give you the 1-800 numbers to call. Then you have to endure the madness of listening to a voice recorded prompt menu which is useless making it almost impossible to get the proper information that you are seeking. As well as making it difficult for the public to get ahold of a live person in the U.S.A.! That speaks normally and that can communicate with you without having to repeat things over and over again due to the language barriers and heavy accents.

Why for heaven's sake do American Companies farm out jobs to India and other foreign countries? That in and of itself is a problem.

I just can't stress enough to anyone that is even thinking about using HSBC Auto Finance to run not walk away from anyone that refers you to them (i.e., Auto Dealerships) or anyone else for that matter. You will be sorry if you sign on with them.
