I recieved a letter in the mail from HSBC Auto Finance stating that they have accelerated my car loan. I have been with them for over 6 years. I have been behind due to having surgery and it has taken me out of work, but I have been making 1/2 payments regularly. I checked my account on line and I was 62 days late. I called and talked with Khatauri ext 5108 about making a payment. She stated that is was already assigned to be repo. and there was nothing that she could do about it. I told her that I could make a payment on the 26th for a full payment. She stated that they changed the rules and now when you are late 45 days they can reposes the truck. She told me to put other bills off and pay my note. After I agreed to a post dated check for 1.3 times the normal payment I asked for her name and ext. and she gave it her first name only.
Well after I hung up with her I got to thinking and called back to speak to some one else and asked her about the repossion rule and she stated that it was set at the 65 day mark they can issue the reposses order. When I told her the story what this other rep told me she kept putting me on hold. Then I asked for a copy of the rules to be sent to me she attempted to pass me off to her manager who was not there (imagen that) so I got voice mail. The managers name is Yolonda Sanchez. This rep that I was talking to avoided giving me her name by putting me on hold so many times and could not answer any question.
Does anybody have info on reposses laws in the state of Texas? This rep named Khatauri told both me and my wife about the reposse rules. If I ever get to talk to Ms. Sanchez I will post an update.

Admittedly the poster has not been paying their debt in full each month, as agreed. I'm not sure I understand how it is an issue that a repo order has been filed.. There is a contract in place, Borrower pays X per month to own X car. If payment not made, lender is entitled to recourse.
You have to pay the amount required at the frequency agreed to. Understand the frustration, but it is a legal contract.

Why are you trying to ri[poff another company when you claim to have no money?

You really are a bottomfeeding scumbag.
'They approve your loan then disapprove It'
>>Why would you be applying when you clearly can't afford it?
'We had a bad experince also.'
>>you allegedly have 'bad experiences' with no matter who you come in contact with. Why would you be annoying them when you claim to have no money? Just because yuo don;t get what you want does not make it a 'bad experience'.
'They approved the loan we signed the papers & drove off the lot with It.'
>>How could they? You do not have a job and claim to have no money.
'This was In 2005. Two weeks later they told the dealership they where disapproving the loan.'
Because we didn't fit there credit granting criteria. Why did they approve a loan In the first place. Well we did find another finance company.'
>>Of course you didn't. They know you are a deadbeat.
'This prooves hsbc are crooks, they approve loans then disapprove them. If we didn't meet there credit granting criteria why did they approve the loan In the first place.'
>>You are the crook for trying to defraud them to begin with.
How can you afford a car when you claim to have no money to pay your past bills?
How can you afford the insurance on the car you create many accidents in?
How can you afford a computer when you claim to have no money?
How can you afford an internet connection to perpetrate your fraud when you claim to have no money?
Why do you crap in other people's reports claiming to know how things work?
When are you going to finally leave us like you promised in your fraudulent schneider report?

HSBC bad company

HSBC, is a bad company they approved a car loan for my mother in 07/2005 2 weeks later they said they are taking back the loan @ least this wasn't done @ the car dealership to embarass my mother, the dealership found a bank with a
better interest rate then with hsbc. Why, did hsbc even approve the loan if they where going to deny it how can they get away with doing this to innocent people, well my mother did not lose the vehicle hsbc did not win on this. My, mother said she didn't care who financed it as long she has something to drive, but what hsbc did upset me I am sure if they read this they will know what I am talking about!.
I, will never do business with them in my lifttime they are nothing but crooks why did they approve the loan in the first place & let my mother drive of the lot, well my mother didn't lose the vehicle she found a better finance company then hsbc. Screw them.
