Okay, I owe them one car payment, they call every hour on my company telephone and home phone with a different figure. They do not apply the proper payment amount to the balance or principle of the loan, I really don't know what they do with the mone. If anyone Has a problem with them I suggest calling Tony Biando 888-674-3265 x 3250 this moron needs to understand what its like to be harrassed. I filed a report with the BBB and the division of consumer affairs, I received a BOGUS letter from a LaQuincia Nichols from HSBC in response to my complaints, I was given a bogus nonworking phone number and I am seeking council. What they are doing is in violation of a federal law.-858-418-1888. Any one seeking a loan DON'T get a loan with HSBC they are disgusting.

Maybe you wouldn't be getting called at home or work if your payment was on time. What gives you the right to pay when you feel like it, but say they can't call you to remind you about it when they feel like it? That's a lot of nerve. Furthermore, you provided them with your work number to call you when you took the loan out so don't cry about it now.
FYI in regards to your payment, the more late your payment, the more interest that gets billed to your account so you'll never have the correct amount going to th principal balance if you continue to pay late.
