On 12/09/2008 Quality Frames & Art Inc. entered into a contract with ICON Payment Solutions Inc, the purpose of which was to provide merchant services (credit card processing.)  At that time, Quality Frames & Art Inc. had an equipment contract with MBF Leasing, which provided a credit card processing terminal/hardware.  Quality Frames & Art owner, Ms. Carolyn Hughes (then Saucier) was told that ICON could not interface with this hardware and that they (ICON) would pay off the NBF lease if she would sign a contract with ICON.  This promise, unfortunately, was not put in writing in the ICON contract.

After approximately a week, Ms. Saucier emailed the ICON salesman, Mr. Cody McKelvey, who emailed her back and said that the funds had been approved and would be sent to her ASAP.  When the funds did not arrive, Ms. Hughes emailed the CEO of ICON, Mr. Sean Mecham.  He responded that he was aware of the situation, and added that he did not understand why she had not received the payoff funds, but he would see to it that the check would be mailed.

To date, Quality Frames & Art Inc. has not been reimbursed and continues to pay for the useless hardware under contract with NBF Leasing.  Mr. Mecham refuses to return phone calls and does not respond to email messages, even from our attorney.

We have recently learned that the "Agent"/legal owner of the corporation is a law firm named Gibson, Ferrin & Riggs, PLC.  Therefore, ICON has "burried" itself under a legal blanket in order to hopefully isolate them from judicial action.

My son, who also happens to be our attorney, specializes in business law and is working on the case.  Legal action is pending.
