The ICON salesman came into my store at a time when I was considering changing my credit card processing company.  After reviewing one of my current processing company's statments, he assured me it would be easy to save my business alot of money on my processing fees.  He also insisted I would need to update my processing equipment (lies).  He said the money I save using them would easily pay for the equipment (again lies).  I have to admit, I was a new business owner and naive to the world of cut throat merchant account company's. 

Now that I've been in business for three years, I have the experience to recommend to all businesses to NOT deal with ICON Payment Solutions.  From the slick salesman to the deceptive management all they want is your money.  And they will do whatever it takes...LIE, LIE and LIE again.  If your a business owner looking for a merchant service account...Save youself the agony and the expense of thousands of dollars, for nothing, that I had to endure with ICON Payment Solutions.  There are many reputable processing companies out there...ICON  NOT ONE OF THEM.  It seems they have a lot of victims.  There should be a class-action law suit aganist this company.  Count me in.
