Had Been Solicited By An Individual Who Had Contacted Myself Following An Inquiry By Myself Regarding A Troubled Mortgage And Late Payments In Hopes Of Myself To Receive A Mortgage Modification. Perhaps The Only Reason I Had Decided To Retain Them And Grant Such Power Of Attorney, Was I Was In A Near Death Automobile Accident Which Occured In 2006 And I Had Lost Both Of My Legs Tragicly, And Have Been Confined To A Wheel Chair Since And Have Been Unable To Physically Work To Earn An Income To Maintain My House Payments, As Prior To My Accident And Several Unsuccessful Medical Operations Later, I Remain Disabled To Present Day.

I Had Been Contacted From A Representative Of The Law Firm Named Herein And After Several E-Mails I Had Sent The Individual Or Representative Several E-Mails Exactly Explaining My Medical Hardship And Inability To Make My House Payments, And Requesting Assistance In Modifying My Current Troubled Home Loan Payments, As Nearly 50% Of My Income Must Pay For Ongoing Costly Medical Procedures And Prescriptions Vital To My Existance And Complications From Diabetes. I Had Been Previously Working With Another Mortgage Modification Co. Which Equally Practiced To Myself An Effective Element Of Mere Deception Which Had Nearly Caused A Foreclosure To My Property A Year Prior To Submitting My Interest Within The Law Firm I Am Regarding Named Herein. I Had Been Misled With Words Prior To Retaining This Firm Named Herein, Such As "Class Action Suite Against The Loan Servicing Company" Dismissal Of My Loan Based On Such. Rather Injustice To Myself Based On My Medical Hardships.

I Was Rather Hopeful, However In Reality I Only Expected Help With My Mortgage Demise And Assistance Upon Modifying My Current Loan. Once My Money Was Submitted To This Lawfirm, The Communication Factor Had Ended. As With The Previous Financial Mortgage Modification Compamy Prior To Retaining The Law Firm Named Herein, This Law Firm Had Literally Left Me Hanging, With No Responses To My Repeated E-Mails And Telephone Calls, Simply To Ask Pertanant Questions Regarding My Mortgage Modification! Nearly 6 Months Has Past Since First Communicating And Submitting My Vital Money To This Law Firm Named Herein, And I Have Received Several Forclosure And Sheriff Sale Notifications Delivered To My Property,

And After The Countless E-Mails And Attatchments Of Copies Of The Letters And Notifications I Had Submitted To The Lawfirm, I Am Completely In The Dark About Everything Regarding My Mortgage Issues, And As Of Late, All I Have Received Via E-Mail On 10/30 Was A Very Vague (At Best) Letter Of Conclusion Of Represenation. Nothing More! Once Again After Receiving Such Said Letter Of Conclusion On 10/30/10 I Have Attempted Several Times ToCall This Lawfirm Named Herein, As Well As E-Mail Such Key Individuals Who Are Directly Involved In This Matter, And Leave Messages With Exact Information I Need To Know And Act Upon In Order To Save My Mortgage And Home, As I Dont Want To Imagine Myself Thrown Out Of My House In Winter Temperatures In A Wheelchair!

I Have No Information From The Law Firm Or Loan Servicing Company. (Communication Still Not Received From Lawfirm) The Only Recent Phone Call I Had Received On 11/11/10 Was Only To Ask Myself Of The Whereabouts Of The Remainder Of The Fees I Owed Them! I Had Asked The Individual Who Called The Current Status Of My Mortgage Situation And What I Need To Do? Its Over A Week Later And Still No Call. (I Didnt Expect Magic Just An Honest Client/Legal Relationship) I Am Worse Off Currently Then I Had Been With The Lawfirm Named Hereins Predacessor Nonetheless. What A Sham!

I am again asking that take my name off the listing on this report as I was only the person giving you the information after receiving the PERMANENT MODIFICATION from the bank.  Your response to me was that you did not want the modification do to you going to give the house back to the bank.  I did not modify your loan and just followed up with you to give you the information pertaining to your loan.  So again please take my name off this listing.

Thank you

more lies

AUTHOR: Unclelaverne - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 17, 2011

There's been nothing but lies coming from your company.  Just give it up.  We have all been taken for a ride and it sucks.  You have no intention of giving refunds to those of us due one nor do you do your job.  There is not one honorable honest person working in this sham of a company and you you should just shut up  and take the blasting you get.  You know what you are doing is wrong.  Your bad name is all over the internet.  Deservedly so.

Janian And Associates Allen Simon, Eric Haywood, Never Fullfilled Purpose Of Representing Myself Regarding A Mortgage Modification And Late Payments, Internet

AUTHOR: Janian - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 29, 2010

Mr. Blackorbay, retained our services June of 2010. He then received a modified loan in Oct. 2010. His response to the offered modification was as follows: "At Best! I Am A Bit Confused Here, As Yes Quite Frankly, I Had Hopes Of Better Results, However It Is-

What It Is, As I Don't Know When This Modification Requires Monetary Expenses To Myself? That's All?

Unless I Should Be So Lucky To Win The Lottery, I Am Probably Gonna Let Them Have The House-

In A Few Years Or So, As This Place Isn't Worth Putting Any Money Into. Yeah, I'm Not Happy! Dan Blackorbay"

Mr. Blackorbay was given a permanent modification dated 10/11/2010and stated that he did want to take the modification and that he would let them take the home. I have made several attempt to contact Mr. Blackorbay as I was not the individual that started the process with him. I was only the person that tried to conclude the process with him, when his email to me was that he did not want to accept the terms.

We have complied with your agreement with Mr. Blackorbay and due to the fact that he does not like the terms is in now way acceptable to now post that we have scammed him.

I would like for this post to be taken off or at least take me name off as I did not process his file only concluded his file when the modification terms were made available.

Some Possible Actions....

AUTHOR: Bman - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, November 20, 2010

On a personal note, capital letters for every word is hard to read.

Contact Your United States Senators

Every state has two United States Senators. Senators are elected on a state wide basis and represent your entire state in Washington D.C.. Your United States Senators have enormous power and enormous influence. A simple letter or phone call from a U.S. Senator's office can move mountains. Every United States Senator has an office that deals with constituent complaints involving a number of issues -- every problem imaginable are handled by your United States Senators' office. Plus, they want to get re-elected and they serve their voters not the business.

Contact Your United States Congressman/woman

Unlike Senators, your state has anywhere from one to over 50 United States Congressmen/women. In your congressional district, you have ONE United States Congressman/woman. Like Senators, members of Congress deal with a huge amount of voter problems -- you name the topic, and they can and will help you.

Contact The United States Department of Justice

The Department of Justice is the federal government's chief law enforcement agency and prosecutorial office.

http://www.justice.gov/

And my favorite:

Contact The Federal Trade Commission (FTC)

It is the only federal agency with both consumer protection and competition jurisdiction in broad sectors of the economy. The FTC pursues vigorous and effective law enforcement; advances consumers interests...

This is the agency that companies fear.

http://www.ftc.gov/reports/index.shtm

Contact The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)

This agency regulate all companies that are trading stock publicly. They also are very concerned with companies who engage in fraudulent activity which might manipulate their stock price and give investors a false picture of the truth of a company's heath.

http://www.sec.gov/complaint.shtml

Contact The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3)

Report the offending company to this feared and effective government task force. Your aim here is to highlight the criminal and fraudulent nature of the companies activities. You must be able to detail how they wronged you and stole your money.

http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx

Contact The Council of the Better Business Bureau

The Better Business Bureau is another group that many businesses need to answer to -- first it has enormous influence and second, many businesses are members. Since it is paid for by businesses it may not be as effective as the government agencies that are created to protect you.

http://www.bbb.org/

Contact The National Consumer Law Center

"The National Consumer Law Center (NCLC) is the nations consumer law expert, helping consumers, their advocates, and public policy makers use powerful and complex consumer laws on behalf of low-income and vulnerable Americans seeking economic justice.

Todays consumer marketplace is complex and full of potholes, even for those of us with all the necessary skills and advantages. For unsuspecting low-income consumers its far more treacherous - even the smallest misstep can lead to financial ruin and a sense of hopelessness that paralyzes individual progress."

http://www.nclc.org/

Contact The National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C)

They will help you with filing a complaint against the company showing you how to do it and provide other resources. White collar crime is a term coined for something that many businesses engage: it is fraud and outright theft committed by those wearing a white shirt and tie to work everyday.
