Janian and Associates Scammmers!!!!! Glendale, California

On August 17 2009 Janian and associates were paid $2900.00 for a loan moification. They also advised me not to pay my morgage, which I did. In june 2010 the bank was going to forclose on my house. Janian and associates made a feeble attempt to file a chapter 13. The paperwork was so screwed up I had to hire a lawyer to fix it and file the paperwork.
On July 14 2010 I send them a letter requesting termination of my loan modification due to janian and associates unsuccessful in facilitating a loan modification as stated in their contract. I also advised them I expected a full refund due to the contract was not fulfilled.
I received a responce that same day granting my request. That was the last time I heard from them. I've called them several time's a month and sent letter's and nothing. I felt they were blowing me off. I need help, maybe it's time for a class action lawsuit. It's been almost 8 months.
