JANIAN AND ASSOCIATES LIARS,CHEATS,DO NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS,NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED BY ATTORNEY GENERAL BROWN GLENDALE, California

I was also ripped off.No phone calls returned,would not respond to emails sent for weeks.Everyone i would be able to get in touch with quit.They do nothing for you but take your money.What i am doing and have done was filed a report with ATTORNEY GENERAL BROWN in California, also the CALIFORNIA BAR ASSOCIATION I am filing a complaint.Also file a complaint with the BBB.If everyone who did not get the service promised to them starts to notify all these people they might be investigated.Remember your contract says they must return your money if they do not help you. I was smart i not only called them and kept records of said of who i talked to but most of what i did was do 90% of my communication thru e mails so i could prove and back up everything i am saying.I saved all communications.I recieved a email saying they were sending me a full refund the 30 august . Still not here. i think if we had the PONY EXPRESS it would have been here by now.Called them,emailed them numerous times.NO RESPONSE. Wonder why!!!!!! Maybe its just another one of the lies i have been told. i am also asking my mortgage company to send me all communications this firm actually did for me, so if need be i will be filing more complaints ,if i find out all they did was send the paper work i filled out. FILE COMPLAINTS IF THEY DO NOT HONOR THE CONTRACT. CHECK WITH YOUR MORTGAGE COMPANY FIND OUT WHAT JANIAN ACTUALLY DID.OH AND BY THE WAY THEY SAY IF YOU DO NOT ASK FOR YOUR MONEY IN WRITING THEY DO NOT HAVE TO SEND IT.
