 I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!...I hired what I believed would be an advocate to HELP me with a loan modification...but what a bunch of BS from Janian and associates. It was always the same thing, They tell you what you want to hear to keep you on the hook, but their responses are a ploy. Ive been going thru this for a year, clinging to hope and desperatly patient with absolutely no result and I mean nothing. Just more frustration than a paid client should have to endure. They truly are more of a problem than a solution. And now that I've had enough and want my money back as described in the contract, they will not respond to any communication. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. I am going to post my story on every blog i can. I am also going to report this sorry excuse for a "law firm" to every agency possible. The prospect of losing my house is bad enough and I really didnt need this on top of everything else. They told me that they had the expert for my mortgage co. Well the reality seems to be that they have constant turnover and moved our file from person to person(7 in total). I am guessing they pay by commission or maybe minimum wage. I am convinced after previously doing this on my own, and going thru all the motions for 8 months previouse to hiring Janian and associates that they do nothing out of the ordinary. Nothing that I couldn't have done again on my own, for free. I saved every e-mail and made notes of every phone call, which weren't many because their communication is really really bad.  I am very surprised somthing has not been done about this company, as now I see the victims stacking up.  You haven't heard the last from me Janian and Associates, not even close! I hope it was worth my 3K and I hope to cost you allot more.
