Joy Toys Joy Toy Order #26372 purchased 12.12.18 they said shipping 5 days, as of 12.30.18 they say they are still preparing my order. i click on the button for assistance and it's a dead link, there is no way to communicate with this company. since so many other customers have filed complaints. i am doing a charge back through my bank.

I  saw their ad on facebook,  i ordered for my grandchildren. i purchased this back on 12.12.18  they said 5 days.

On Christmas Day,  i found out my grandchildren had not gotten anything.  I tried to log onto my account with Joy Toy and they said they had no record of me having a account, but they had charged by credit card. I then did a search in my email account and found the order. It's order number 26372  it has a tracking number, but has not been dropped off.  It says it's still preparing the item for shipment.  

When i click on the contact link, it's a dead link.   this is a scam, there is no way to contact them. i will never order off of facebook advertiser again.   shame on facebook.  I am now trying to get my money back through my credit card company which should be easy since they have a invalid tracking number. 

It's unfortunate that companies like this still exist.
