Kevin Jewelers @ Del Amo Mall Fashion Center is a Scam Bought a 14k White Gold, Had it resize, but the ring came back resize and with a different style (looks) Torrance California

My girlfriend bought me a promise ring from Kevin Jewlers in Del Amo Fashion Center in Carson, CA. But the ring need to be resize. Upon picking up the ring on 01/13/2015, the ring appeared to be resize correctly. However, the style of the ring look significantly different then what we had chosen. I advised the Jewlers representative that it wasn't the ring we originally chosed. My self and the Jewlers representative went back and forth with situation, but Kevin Jewlers does NOT (says the store managment) refund you any money back, but you can make an exchange. But if you don't find what you like, you are out of luck and stuck with what you originally purchase. Then thay insulted me with a cheap gift in trying to satisfied me as a customer. I felt that Kevin Jewlers did a Bate and Switch on me and I am stuck with something that I didn't originally chosed. It is a Scam and a Con-Artist with Kevin Jewlers. They will not refund my girlfriend money and the ring priced over $2800. I will file a compliant with the FTC and the State of California Buniess and Prefession-Department of Cusumer Affair. They have violated Federal Laws and State Laws in their business pratices.
