Do NOT ever give Kevin Jewelers your business.  Learn from my mistake – if trusting a company to do what they say they will do, is a mistake. My husband and I custom ordered a ring for our 10 year anniversary, at the cost of $11,000.  The scam artist who sold us the ring said that he could make the ring exactly as I described.  I have been planning my ring for years and knew exactly what I wanted.  When my ring came in -4 weeks late, it was nothing like I’d described.  And the scam artist who had sold it to me was no longer working for the company/  Instead of doing the ethical thing and giving me a refund, they asked that I be patient while they attempted to create the ring I ordered in the first place.  They were so apologetic, and even told me that there were multiple others who had been scammed by this particular employee.  We had mercy, and allowed them time to try to fix the many mistakes….that was our downfall.  What they were really doing, was letting the 30 days expire so that we were helpless when they were unable to give us the ring we had ordered.  Fast forward, 4 months later and the ring still isn’t what we ordered and now they have become nasty.  No more apologies for wasting our time and money, just flat out refusal to return our hard earned money.  So we are being punished for trusting them when they said “let us make it right”.  We have contacted customer service and upper management over 20 times over the past 4 months and have received no response other than, “let us make it right”.  For 4 months we have been paying on a ring that isn’t in our possession and never will be, because what we ordered isn’t what they can make.  Biggest scam ever! Never give them your money!  They will say they can help you, but really they will take your money, never give it back, and refuse to give you what you ordered.
