 We went in to buy gold earrings for our newborn baby girl. Asked for gold earrings, they showed us a set told us it was white gold. We purchased them. Three days after putting them on my baby's ears got infected. She had fever from infection. We went into the stores told them what was going on they could have cared less they showed us another pair in which they wanted another $70 for. It was upsetting to me that even after I told them my baby's ears were infected cause of the silver earrings they told us that we're gold, they did not care at all. Asked them for a corporate number they claimed not to have at the store; asked them for their full names and they told me they were not going to give them to me. Not only were they all rude an unprofessional, they also threatened to call security on me and all my family. we went back less than 30 days from the day of purchase and we could not get our money back. Kevin jewelers return policy is 30 days. What a disappointment.
