Koons Ford Said my truck was ready I got there and had new problems. Air cons leaking no radio. Gwynn Oak Maryland

 Sept 21st I was told to have my truck towed into koons because my gear shifter was sticking. When tow person came I was sitting in my truck under air and listening to radio. Tow person said leave on he will take it from there. Sept 27th got a call from koons saying truck was ready. I went to get my truck paid the 1700.00. Inspection paper says no leaks!!!!. I started my truck up let windows down to let out hot air and cut on the Air Conditioner let it run awhile hot air kept comming out and radio didn't work either.

I told manager Marty to come try it still no air or radio he said maybe something came loose. He said i could take it home bring back on the 28th Sept I said no I'm leaving it here. Just got phone call 28th saying my air condition was leaking I said is the radio leaking to? I told them when I came there I had no problems with air or radio and I want it back and I have no more money to give u he said we never touched the Air I said u didn't have to but I want my air back the way it came to u adviser jay said I'll talk to my manager I said yes u do that. They said no leaks on my inspection I'm waiting to see what they are going to do today is the 28th Sept. Thank you. I paid cash.
