Bought a '04 van from them in April it is now june and still no title because they never registered the vechile and then tried to blame someone else. They never filed for the certificate of ownership therefore no title. Also we transferred tags from another van to this one so we thought, come to find out we cant use those tags after my husband has been driving around town with them for over two months.

When I called and we went in person to koons they were of no help. We only found out there was a problem because my wife called MVA to see about the title and was told the vechile was never registered. The finanicial person whose name is Mike was a wiseguy and not much help. ALso Candy who was in charge of the title department was of no help either.
